The SFC EMILY takes care of the on-board power supply of a stationary vehicle when the engine is not running. It is directly connected to the on-board battery. Electrical peak loads are compensated directly from the battery, while the SFC EMILY continuously monitor and recharge independently.
The portable fuel cell system JENNY 600 S weighing only 1.7 kg, is easily portable in a backpack. The system provide 600 Wh of electrical energy per day. Just a few fuel cartridges contain enough capacity for several days of operation. This means up to 80 percent of battery weight can be saved.
