The Fire Fighting System is installed to detect fires in the engine compartment and to extinguish them automatically. System design is in that way that even with running the engine a fire is detected and extinguished. That means the vehicle’s mobility is ensured – mobility means protection.

The Fire Suppression System is to protect the crew compartment in case of fires and explosions. Explosive fires need to be detected right at their beginning and to be suppressed in less than 150 msec - which is quick enough to protect the crew against catastrophic injuries.
