Making use of manufacturing technologies such as Laser Welding, Hot Extrusion, Hot and Cold Rolling and Cold Drawing, we meet the needs of the most technically demanding projects and tolerances.
Hot extruded profiles are chosen for their design flexibility and monolithicity resulting from the production process. We can produce complex open profiles, hollow profiles or profiles with undercut requirements in both steel and stainless steel and deliver them with a maximum length of 16 meters.
Laser welding allows steel or stainless steel strips to be fused together without the addition of filler material. We can produce hollow or open sharp-edged geometries, with weld seams of radius less than 2 mm and the possibility of applying holes or cutouts, and deliver them in lengths up to 15 m.
